Mallery and Josh's forest wedding at Burlap and Bells in Black River Falls, Wisconsin was full of romantic, fairytale wedding vibes! Their wedding colors and decor were simple, yet elegant, with hints of white, yellow, and pink contrasting beautifully with the deep green of the trees all around the venue. The groomsmen wore classy suspenders and white shirts which paired PERFECTLY with the velvet hunter green bridesmaid dresses.

Getting Married at Burlap and Bells
Mallery and Josh got married at Burlap and Bells, which is a wedding venue amidst the towering pines of Black River Falls, Wisconsin. There are so many beautiful backdrops for photos all across the property! The wedding ceremony took place in a quiet, secluded spot covered in pine needles and lined with wooden benches. Surrounded by close family and friends, Mallery and Josh exchanged vows and officially became Mr. and Mrs. Treuer.
Wisconsin Wedding at Burlap and Bells
Mallery and Josh actually met virtually during COVID, but not via the traditional dating apps that probably come to mind. They met via Microsoft Teams, as coworkers! Dating your coworker was highly frowned upon, so they basically acted like strangers at the office. After a few weeks of going on secret lunch dates away from the office and carefree dates exploring new eats + drinks in the Milwaukee area, Josh and Mallery knew that they had found something special. After one or two weeks, they were "official" and blurted out "I love you!" within that same timeframe. One thing led to another, and Josh bought an engagement ring for Mallery, and a few months after later, they were engaged! In Mallery's words, "When you know, you definitely know."
