The flowers are going to fade. The cake is going to get eaten. The venue will close at the end of the night. Life will resume as normal before you know it. So if you are going to stretch your budget for something worthwhile, opt for 10-11 hours of wedding photo coverage. You'll have a richer, more complete story of your wedding to look back on. With that extra time, we will capture everything from the excitement of getting ready in the morning to the dance floor fun late at night. There's no rush to squeeze all the important moments into a short window, so you can enjoy your day without stressing about the timeline.

Our main goal is to edit and deliver beautifully polished photos, but we also understand the desire to have access to all raw images, so they are available for purchase.

This is entirely dependent on the package that you book with us— the bigger the package, the longer it will take for all photos and films to be delivered. That being said, our average turnaround time ranges between 8 - 16 weeks. It's important to note that turnaround time is also subject to change based on our schedule, influx of orders, personal circumstances, and other unforeseen variables. However, we value the integrity and transparency of Wind & Waves Media, so we will be sure to keep you updated with the expected delivery dates of all of your photo products!

During the wedding, we capture your photos on at least 3 cameras (because all of our wedding packages include a second photographer). Each camera dual-writes every single photo to two different SD cards. After the wedding day, we back up all of the SD cards all up to 2 different hard drives. If do all of that math, you should have plenty of confidence that your photos are safe!

When your full photo gallery is finished, it will be uploaded to a private online gallery. You will be notified of this via email, and you can share the gallery link with friends and family so that they can see the photos and order prints. You will also be able to download all of the photos to your computer via this private online galley link.

To book your wedding package, a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is required. Our schedules fill up quickly each year, so even if you haven’t picked a date and location yet, make sure you submit this deposit to ensure that you’ll have us as your photo team!
