It’s a reminder that the greatest adventures are those we embark on together, hand in hand, hearts full of love and wonder. Love meets the great outdoors, and two souls privately exchange vows.

We firmly believe that from beginning to end, every wedding day should reflect the personalities and passions of the two people tying the knot. So when we capture your adventure elopement, we document everything as you experience it. Because when you look back at your videos and photos, we want you to remember every detail about when you began your forever together.

Two-Day

If you've got guests joining in and need one day for them + another for just the two of you, or if your plans are bursting with activities that can't squeeze into a single day, The Two-Day Adventure is your package. Multi-day elopements provide the ultimate opportunity to soak in your marriage experience. This package includes 24 hours of photo and video coverage of all your favorite activities alongside your favorite people. Two-day elopement coverage can be back to back or two days with one day in between.

When you choose to dedicate an entire day of coverage to your wedding day, you're prioritizing the one thing we all take for granted: time. The Full-Day Adventure offers up to 12 hours of our uninterrupted attention, allowing you to truly savor every moment of becoming husband and wife. Yes, we will dedicate time to capturing breathtaking photos with insane backdrops, but this package allows us to tell the full story of your elopement by documenting the in-between moments too. There will be many points throughout the day where we step back, give you space, and allow you to and just take everything in together.

This short and sweet package clocks in at 6 hours of elopement coverage, perfect for a laid-back adventure with minimal hiking. The Half-Day Adventure is the sweet spot for a relaxed experience without any rush. There’s no hurry in this timeline, so your photographs and films will be full of many beautiful moments of your elopement experience. To make the most of your time, we recommend book it on a weekday or during quieter times to dodge the crowds.

It's time to have the adventure of a lifetime, and we’ll be with you through each part of the day to document every moment.

These 30-50 hand-picked sneak peek images will be delivered within 72 hours after your wedding day to show you how your full gallery will be edited. And your Teaser Film will be social-media-ready the week after you elope!

Once your photos and films are ready, you’ll receive them via private, online links. Here, you'll be able to view, download, and share your favorite moments with friends and family. It's like reliving your wedding day all over again—from the comfort of your own home this time!

If you'd like to order prints or custom photo albums, this is the time we will begin the design process. All of your tangible keepsakes will be created by our favorite professional lab and delivered to your doorstep to preserve your memories for years to come.

Your elopement day is just as important and worthy of celebration as a traditional wedding. There's no limit to what you can do to make it epic— We're talking kayaking, horseback riding, hiking, or whatever adventure floats your boat. And guess what? It takes a RELAXED day to capture your elopement in its full glory. We can tell the full story of your love if you book at least 6 hours with us: From sunrise coffee to hiking the Indiana Dunes to curling up around a bonfire for the first time as a married duo. It’s your day and your story, and we recommend that you document it from start to finish.

Absolutely! Just be aware that the more people you bring, the more challenging it will be to find a ceremony location for your elopement.

Yes— we love this part! Once you book Wind & Waves Media, we're happy to help you narrow down the locations and choose a spot that's perfect for you. We'd encourage you to consider a place that is special to you (as opposed to choosing common tourist destinations). For instance, a vast desert might mean more to you than a popular mountain hike. Secluded spots = way fewer strangers staring at you as you say your vows. We prefer to work in places that aren’t overrun with tourists or other photoshoots going on, because it keeps the experience more intimate for couples.

We will leave lots of time for cooling down + fixing hair and makeup before we pull out our cameras for close-up shots. We can also schedule the hikes for earlier or later in the day, so that the sun isn’t beating down on all of us as we hike!

This is entirely dependent on the package that you book with us— the bigger the package, the longer it will take for all photos and films to be delivered. That being said, our average turnaround time ranges between 5 - 20 weeks. It's important to note that turnaround time is also subject to change based on our schedule, influx of orders, personal circumstances, and other unforeseen variables. However, we value the integrity and transparency of Wind & Waves Media, so we will be sure to keep you updated with the expected delivery dates of all of your photo and film products!

To reserve your elopement package, a non-refundable retainer fee of $500 is required. Our schedules fill up quickly each year, so even if you haven’t picked a date and location yet, make sure you submit this deposit to ensure that you’ll have us as your photo-video team!
